All regular-priced items in new condition are eligible to be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You can find your date of purchase on your order receipt, and the shipping date (the date we sent the product to you) on your shipping notification email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. As a company, we will accept other returns through third-party couriers, however, BSANT is not liable for any additional duties or taxes. Any charges incurred from other return methods will be deducted from the total refund.
In addition, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Should the returned item(s) be deemed not to be in its original condition, we reserve all rights to not issue a refund and return the item to you at your cost.
